Tester registration and accounts

Name and email are required. You voluntarily provide them to register your interest and communicate with DPNS about Sentinel testing. A password protects your website account through Wix member authentication. Do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys or PINs to DPNS by email or in feedback.

We use your name and email to administer prospective and accepted tester participation; send Google Play testing and onboarding instructions; communicate installation, updates and important participation information; request testing and feedback; provide tester support; and maintain necessary participation records. Additional testing information is requested only when necessary.

Your consent and communications

Tester programme processing relies on your explicit consent, requested separately during signup. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@dpnsglobal.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand. If you withdraw, we may be unable to continue your participation.

Programme communications are not marketing consent. Registration does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. Any future marketing subscription will require a separate choice. We do not sell tester information or use it for unrelated purposes.

Wix processing and access

Website registration, contact records and member authentication are processed through Wix. This is different from local data held by the Sentinel Android application. Website registration is not stored only on your device. DPNS administration uses Wix to manage participation and accounts.

Wix and its relevant service providers process information to supply hosting, authentication, security and related website services. Wix describes its processing and international transfer safeguards in its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement information. Its subprocessor list identifies providers that may be used for relevant services. Wix processing may take place internationally, including outside the EEA; applicable safeguards may include adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. This notice does not claim a specific storage location for individual registrations.

Retention and deletion

We retain tester registration information while needed to administer participation and delete it within 12 months after participation ends or the relevant testing programme closes, unless a legitimate legal or compliance purpose requires further retention. Where applicable, you may request earlier deletion.

To request website tester-data or account deletion, email contact@dpnsglobal.com using your registration email and state your request. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify it. Never send your password. DPNS will locate applicable Wix registration, contact and member records and handle deletion subject to applicable obligations. Deleting an app from your device does not automatically delete website registration.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object where applicable, and withdraw consent. Contact contact@dpnsglobal.com to exercise your rights. You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or your relevant supervisory authority.

Sentinel application privacy

Sentinel follows its local-first and owner-controlled privacy architecture. Its supported features, application processing and deletion limits are explained separately in the Sentinel application Privacy Policy. Application data deletion and application account deletion instructions do not replace the website request process above. Public blockchain records may not be erasable.
